“Lost the battle”? For pity’s sake. Did anyone actually read the Time article? It is sour grapes from the writer, pure and simple.
There is no “battle” between Chemistry.com & eHarmony, unless you call a tiny operation against a giant in the biz a “battle”.
What next – a “battle” between JoeBlowSingles.com and, say, Yahoo Personals?;-)

E-harmony requires income information. Perhaps that is the problem. They want to make sure they have high-income folks.
And the multipage questionnaire is a joke.
And then there is the fact that they do not honor being removed from their spam list.
