Here is shoemoney’s post.
I never invested a dime into blitzlocal. I invested a small amount of money in a company that was building websites for charities, including the guy who won the nobel peace prize. The company went under, and somehow my shares transfered to blizlocal, although no one elses did. I’ve never talked to anyone on the board of directors at blitzlocal or seen any business plan or spoken with any employees, although “supposidly” i’m on the board. After reading shoemoneys post i went and looked at the operating agreement. Since I didn’t do anything required in the operating agreement I don’t see how I even could be an investor. I don’t really care one way or the other.
I must say the pannel at affiliate summit with me shoemoney dennis and others at affiliate summit west is going to be most interseting.

Insane twists to the plot… anyhow hope all this works out and someone is brought to justice (Dennis Yu).

Markus, no pun intended, but how can your shares be transferred without your consent? its like owning a land, and then finding out that someone simply changed your deed without your authority.

I am glad you cleared yourself, but have been better if Shoemoney had contacted you about your involvement and put the response in the followup post. It almost looks like he is trying to smear you and Dennis with the post. I know shoe. Alled you out on the Google checks, but is there some other type of tension going on between you guys? No need to answer here, though.
Best Wishes in the future.

Markus, I would like to speak to you in regard to POF, and some innovative concepts/strategies to make POF, ALL INCLUSIVE and thus EXCLUSIVE to all people world wide, making POF UNPRECEDENTED in it’s field and blow all the other dating websites out of the water!
Would you please send me an email at POF, to “poppel”
I would truly appreciate getting in touch with you, and I believe you would enjoy the challenge of integrating these concepts and the domination it could give you in the Internet social interactive dating website world!
Thank you Markus, Judy

No hate but it’s strange… how can he transfer all that without your personal authorisation….
November 21, 2009 at 11:15 pm |
Shares of one company can be transferred to another entity without the consent of all of the shareholders, in particular insofar as minority shareholders are concerned.
For example: Company X places a bid for Company Y. Depending on Y’s jurisdiction of incorporation, in addition to other factors such as any shareholders’ agreement, incorporation articles, etc., it may only require the consent of 50.1% of Y’s shareholders to ensure that the takeover occurs. In other words, the minority shareholders in Y could end up owning shares in X without doing anything at all.
Other situations where this could have happened: There may have been some sort of share exchange or debt-for-equity that resulted in the ownership.

Well someone is lying here. Either it is you or shoemoney? Because you are saying:
“I’ve never talked to anyone on the board of directors at blitzlocal or seen any business plan or spoken with any employees”
and shoemoney is saying:
“Gillian was spending a lot of time with Dennis and the two of them including Plenty of fish owner Markus Frind took me and my team to dinner one night in vegas. I definatly had confidence this guy was legit”
So please clarify this for me

Oh well, it was you. shoemoney has pictures with you, him and Dennis. You were also in the conference room in one of the pics. So now I don’t believe anything you say.
You told 2 lies in one sentence that is pretty crazy. Heads up to you mark, next time you say you don’t know someone, don’t get pictures taken with them.

I went out to a dinner at the affiliate summit with facebook and a bunch of other people, that was the second time i’d met dennis and both times was at a dinner. I have no idea who gillian is

Sorry…can’t take you seriously after reading one of your blogs from 2006 claiming that YouTube was “wildly profitable” It shows that you are nothing but a typical internet kid. A 17 year old who thinks he knows everything but really is just using ingorant GUESSES to back up your statements. Anyone who could possibly have thought that YouTube was profitable 3 years ago should NEVEr be taken seriously. (I guess that is why you write a blog, rather than have a real job.)

@Lakawak Do you really know who Markus is? Why he needs a job?
December 5, 2009 at 6:45 am |
Hey Lakawak. Ummm…. How do I say this? Uhhh… Markus prob. has more money than you are capable of counting, pronouncing, or even spending… Do your research before you make such ignorant statements buddy. Thanks..

Nice blog Markus! Thanks for being a smart guy and talk things out!

I believe you Markus. Shoemoney proved beyond any doubt that he has little crediblity. He’s trying to smear pof. Now everyone knows to stay as far away from ShoeMoney as possilbe. Shoemoney is garbage.

Hey Marcus what are you doing about the serial killer on your fish site that has been killing women. How is it that its not all over the place yet. Your system sucks and it can not stay free forever. You will be forced to charge a fee to stop these maniacs from killing again. I recommend a paid service. Marcus is only init for the money the ads provide for him. I have met marcus in person years back and he really needs to do something before he finds himself in a bad place.
